Even the harsh sun’s rays can be good for you in moderation. This past month I migrated down to sunny Delray Beach Florida from NY to launch our new sun protection line and had a great month of discovery.

Take time out from the beach: In Delray, there’s lots of art and culture ranging from art galleries to art shows to farmer’s markets to live concerts, all within a three mile radius.

Stay in Shape (Fitness and Wellness): Access and availability of a wide range of outdoor fitness activities make Delray Beach an active destination.
The Delray Beach tennis center has over 20 courts open to the public, providing a great opportunity to make new tennis friends, play cardio tennis, and get into a pick-up game.
For Golf, catch 9 or 18 holes at the public course – might even spot an iguana or alligator by your side!
Alongside tennis and golf, Delray also has plenty of Yoga Studios and bike rental locations.
Even your teenage or adult children will be glad to come visit or stay with you in this urban, eclectic beach town that feels like a cross between Soho, New York and the French Riviera.
